Republishing our content

You are free to share LAB’s work. At the foot of each article you’ll find icons to help you share our articles on social media. If you’re interested in republishing our stories online or in print, we have a few requirements:

Give credit

In the byline, give credit to the original author of the post and to Latin America Bureau. You can use this text: ‘This article was originally published by Latin America Bureau here [add link to the original]. Sign up to Latin America Bureau’s newsletter for similar stories.’

Make sure all of the images retain their captions and credits.

Don’t change our articles

You can slightly change the headline and/or subheading, amend spelling and time references (‘recently’, ‘last month’) and give a little extra context (‘the town of Santa Elena, on the coast of Southwestern Ecuador’) where necessary, but articles must not be abridged or changed. Contact us for specifics.

Get in touch

Let us know you are republishing our story. We are a non-profit organisation and the impact and reach of our reporting is crucial. We are always growing our network so we’re pleased to make new links and hear about your work.
