Coalition of Latin Americans in the UK

CLAUK is a coalition of Latin American organisations from the voluntary sector that have come together to raise awareness and understanding of the issues facing the Latin American community in the UK and to provde a collective voice for, and represent the collective interests of the Latin American community in the UK. We advocate, campaign and lobby decision makers and service providers to ensure appropriate responses to the issues faced by Latin Americans in the UK. Our work focuses on three key areas:

• Gaining official recognition of Latin Americans as an ethnic minority in London and the UK
• Improving Latin Americans’ access to health services
• Improving Latin Americans’ access to labour rights
