Honduras: Femicide Part 2. Battling machismo culture. Part 2.

In this episode we see an adolescent maternity unit where young girls, many under the age of 16, come for check-ups, advice and to give birth. Meanwhile sex education is non existent, the morning-after pill is banned and abortion is illegal. The reporter meets a girl who has been cut with a machete by a neighbour. The man has been released and the girl lives in terror. Women live in fear, but the government provides no shelters or safe houses.
