Until the Rulers Obey: the growing strength of Latin America’s social movements

Clifton Ross has assembled a remarkable collection of interviews and testimonies from social movements across Latin America, available from PM Press. The book is discussed by a panel including Clif, Argentina-expert Marcela López Levy, and Grace Livingstone who has followed the movements in Colombia. The meeting, organised by LAB and Global Justice Now, and sponsored by the Institute of Latin American Studies (ILAS) at the University of London, is on Tuesday April 21st, at 6:30, in Room 349, the Senate House, Malet Street, London WC1E 7HU.
