LAB is a tiny organisation run almost entirely by volunteers. We have no office and just one part-time member of staff, our managing editor. Already with our small team and shoestring budget, we are able to: maintain our website edit, distribute, and promote our books organise book launches, webinars, and events organise our wonderful volunteers fundraise to cover ongoing costs and one-off projects pay our managing editor We really need the stability of regular donations to help us continue this work – and achieve even more in the future.
